Robin Goldman is a technology consultant that has over thirteen years of consulting experience in the Information Technology field.   Robin provides outsourced support for small to medium sized businesses.  In today's market, it is often more cost effective for small companies to outsource IT services rather than retain a full time employee, who will require significant overhead.  Her clients also gain a higher level of skill set than they would be able to afford in a full time employee.  Robin provides services for clients located all over the Bay Area.

Robin's services provided include Windows 2000/XP/Vista/2003/2008 migration,  Lotus Notes Setup and Administration, Network Architecture and Security, Remote Access solutions using Citrix MetaFrame and Windows Terminal Services, and Desktop Installation and Support.  Robin has an extensive network of technology professionals that can assist or work with her in providing services that are outside of her skill set.

Robin also has extensive knowledge of the specific technology requirements for manufacturing companies.  Manufacturing companies have requirements such as EDI order processing and 1Sync/UCCnet compliance.  The industry is changing rapidly and Robin has experience deploying the latest technology.  Her manufacturing experience also includes familiarity with the SYSPRO ERP system.  She has successfully deployed EDI using the latest AS2 technology.  Robin has also successfully completed data synchronization projects with 1Sync/UCCnet. 

Robin is a Lotus Certified Principal System Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Professional.
